I spoke to the staff at this branch about an investment possibly and asked on behalf of a friend of mine who wanted to take advantage of their low interest home loan. The treatment of my friend by this bank has been disgusting. I am so embarrassed I encouraged him to get involved with this bank. Their loans officer is in the wrong job, maybe he should apply for a prisons officers job where he can get away with talking to people like they are peasants. After weeks of broken promises he is still waiting for a valuation. And would any right-minded person invest in a bank with this attitude...pass.

Good customer support with any fraud issues, , always slow to pass on rate cuts and then not in full but they've got excuses for that. The reasons why i started banking with them over 10yrs ago are no longer applicable. There seems to be no advantage to being a faithful long serving member over new customers, which seems to be the norm these days.

Gordon Brand from P&N Bank Morley gave the best service I could ever hope for. He explained everything really well in the process of my first home. He kept me in the loop and made sure I understand what's going on. And even after the whole process, he's still constantly checking if I need any help with anything. Thank you so much Gordon! Will never return to this bank branch.One of the female staff members was absolutely disgraceful - publicly shaming infront of other public members, family and my own child, raising her voice, breaching confidentiality. Her behaviour was unacceptable.Thankyou to Nikki who was the only one the branch with a caring soul.

Brad from this branch has worked tirelessly to help my refinance. He was clear and transparent with the product, efficient and totally professional in handling the whole matter. As it involved a complex detangling from a previous bank, I cannot shout loudly enough to say thanks to Brad. He was so patient and never once grew tired of my countless questions in my financial educational journey! Thank you, Brad.PN's product is also a pleasure to manage. It's transparent with its info and simple to navigate. On top of that, its rates are almost a whole percent lower! I couldn't find the latest rate from the previous bank on my account but had to refer to their latest rate elsewhere and then work out which applied to me!!!PN's product speaks for itself. Its staff support the product professionally. 5 stars and above!!
